How to add someone to your mafia in mafia wars?

I want to know how you add someone to your mafia on their myspace. I go to their myspace and click "add me to your mafia" and it just takes me to mafia wars and doesnt add them. What the hell am i supposed to do

u hav to be friends wit them then u add invite them to mafia wars

    you have t ogo on ur mafia wars and add them there up on top it should say my mafia view that and add more good luck!!!!!! ps i love that game
