How do I get the chop shop for the mafia wars application on Facebook?

I play mafia wars on Facebook and I have been seeing the chop shop stuff but don’t know how to get it! I have some of the items but don’t see where I can actually get the chop shop. Can anyone help me?
It’s a glitch that Zynga is working on. My whole family has their chop shop except for me. I kept wondering too, why was I getting all this stuff for something I have no access to! Then I read a little bit ago, that the "rackets" are being changed over to "properties" and not everyone’s tabs have changed yet. I still have rackets, but no properties tabs. Mafia Wars are not sure when this will be fixed. Geez….even my mom has her chop shop finished :-/

It should be in your properties tab. Once you’re there it is on the right side.

Go to your Mafia Wars page. Then click on "properties" on the New York section. Then click on the right arrow to the last property and you shall then see "Chop shop".
