Mafia Wars Review

I work in freelance and i have got C++ and C# knowledge. Is this enough to build a proper facebook game like farmville, restaurant city or mafia wars?
I see a lot of freelance projects on new facebook game projects and those are high paid as well. So, i was wondering if my skills are enough.

Please suggest any website to learn "how to make facebook games". If you got any tips about how to make a game more interesting and strong, please mention.

   I dissagree with it being hard to make a facebook game.
   you can make a simple HTML game, despite low user demands, it will still be a game.
   i play FishWrangler on facebook, it isnt flashed based, but i have no idea how it would work.
   the hardest part of making a facebook game for me, would be the creativity.

   ive never looked into what you need to do to be a developer on facebook, if anyone gets a chance can they tell me in one of their answers?

   Oh wow you can make statements. You need to research GUI programming. Facebook is a complete mockery to people who play videogames. You are wasting your time.
