hey.. im level 10 mogul right now.. wonder if ya can give me some tips..
i’m close to getting 3 sedans.. im planning to do the museum break-in job, my income is 1,185 in 54 minutes my stats:

buy more restaurants and then go for apartments (get about 3) then go for valu marts. get enough of both to be able to make 100k every hour and THEN you go for beachfront property. I’m lv 21 make 200k the hr. with only valu marts and saving up for a marina tourist shop. never get the boat they do NOTHING!
